WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT
While interning at TBWA\ Singapore, all interns were given two briefs to crack:
- How a creative company can appeal to and retain loyal and motivated Millennials
- Craft a campaign that markets Nando’s to Millennials
These briefs made up the Disruption Project, which we presented to our colleagues as well as the upper management. This project allowed interns to work on one of TBWA's clients and apply what we had learnt. It also encouraged us to work and ideate with the company’s ethos of disruption in mind.
